Felician University is presently seeking an academically qualified, experienced, licensed and certified educator to serve as Associate Professor and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator in the Master’s Occupational Therapy Program. The Associate Professor/Coordinator ensures the appropriate course-level rigor in classroom instruction, assessment methodologies, and delivery of course content, planning documents including
but not limited to syllabi, lesson plans and assessments. S/he oversees the integration, instruction and assessment of the University’s five learning competencies for each course taught, and the establishment and maintenance of a classroom climate that is safe and consistent with university mission and values. The Associate Professor/Coordinator manages the assignment and orientation of fieldwork educators, as well
as student placement at fieldwork sites, and provides a minimum of 2 hours of Open Skills Lab to support the classroom’s teaching and learning process.
