SummaryThe Department of Psychology at Long Island University-Brooklyn invites applicants for full-time, tenure-track positions at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The Department, an active collaborative community with a diverse faculty and student body, is comprised of an Undergraduate program, a General M.A. program, anda Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology.Successful candidates will be expected to have

a history or show potential to secure extramural funding and make significant contributions to scholarship in their area of expertise. We are especially interested in applicants with expertise in cognitive, quantitative, and/or computational methodologies who could support emerging collaborations with LIU’s programs in Digital Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and the Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE Education

Center of Excellence. These programs are focused research designed to advance the fields of precision medicine and health care in the digital age. Successful candidates will also be expected to engage collaboratively in the Department’s activities, including transitioning the MA program towards a more quantitative focus.Minimum QualificationsThe applicant must hold a doctoral degree in an area of the Psychological
