Biomechanics and the NIH COBRE Center for Cardiovascular Research in Biomechanics (CRiB) at the University of Nebraska Omaha invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position in cardiovascular science. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an independent research program and serve as a Research Project Leader (RPL) within CRiB. The candidate will establish and sustain a nationally recognized,
extramurally funded research program and foster collaborative partnerships, including with clinical partners at neighboring medical centers. Additional responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Cardiovascular Biomechanics and related fields, mentoring students and research personnel, and contributing to departmental, university, and professional service.
