Assistant, Associate or Professor in Thoracic Surgery to join our team of Thoracic surgeons at The University of Florida Shands hospital, a comprehensive 1,000+bed hospital. The new hire will join a vibrant group of four thoracic surgeons and further support the Division’s growth in Lung Transplantation (on track for 72 transplants this year), Extracorporeal Life Support and Thoracic Oncology (90% resections done

minimally invasively, mostly robotic). Experience in lung transplantation is required. Ideal candidates will have robotic exposure and an interest in esophageal disease as well. Expected Salary: Based upon experience and education Minimum Requirements: Must have a MD degree or equivalent and be board certified or eligible in Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in lung
