faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate, full Professor with the anticipated start date of September 2026. We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research, teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time basis for an academic 12-month appointment. (Assistant Professors are eligible for a 3-year term

eligible for renewal beginning July 1, 2029) Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Associate and full Professors hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of

one month is available for paid time off. All University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service. The base salary range for this position will be: Assistant Professors $22,589 - $27,336 per month ($271,068 - $328,032 annually), Associate Professors $26,661 - $31,974 per month ($319,932 - $383,688 annually), Professors $32,858 - $41,175 per month ($394,296 - 494,100 annually) commensurate with

experience and qualifications, or as mandated by a U.S. Department of Labor prevailing wage determination. This range is inclusive of base salary provided through the Children’s University Medical Group (CUMG) practice plan], in addition to base salary provided by the University. Please note that only compensation provided by the University is included in University benefit determinations and calculations. Other

compensation associated with this position may include incentive through Children’s University Medical Group practice plan. Compensation provided by Children’s University Medical Group (CUMG) practice plan may provide eligibility for separate benefits offered by that organization.
