Center (Fred Hutch) and the University of Washington (UW) are jointly recruiting a full-time faculty member at the Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level without tenure due to funding (WOT), in the Clinical Research Division of the Fred Hutch and the Division of Hematology, Oncology, Bone Marrow Transplant and Cellular Therapies at the UW. We seek applicants who demonstrate commitment to excellence in research,

teaching, and service in a diverse and inclusive academic community. The successful candidate will join our faculty on a full-time basis for a twelve-month appointment (3-year term, renewable) if Assistant Professor beginning November 2026. Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11

months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. Associate and full Professors hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). University of Washington faculty engage in teaching, research and service. This position is paid directly by Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and receives no UW compensation.
