Washington is hiring for a full-time Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (without tenure by reason of funding) appointment on the Clinician-Scholar track to join the Division of Endocrinology. The clinician-scholar will be expected to spend the majority of their time engaged in clinical work. The Clinician Scholar track is for faculty interested in scholarly pursuits, such as clinical research. The anticipated

start date is Summer 2026. The mission of the Division of Endocrinology: The Seattle Children’s Endocrine and Diabetes Program, by providing compassionate, innovative, evidence-based and equitable care, will be the clinical center of choice for children and adolescents with endocrine conditions or diabetes in the Puget Sound and WWAMI Region. The Program will harness new technologies, foster collaborative

investigation, and conduct expansive educational programs to advance the understanding and treatment of hormonal disorders. The Division will be nationally and internationally recognized for clinical care, teaching, and research in pediatric endocrinology. Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are

paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. Associate and full Professors hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). The base salary range for this position will be: Assistant Professors $12,084 - $18,125 per month ($145,008 - $217,500 annually), Associate Professors $13,872 - $20,807 per month ($166,464 - $249,684), Full Professors $17,647 - $26,471 per month ($211,764 - $317,652 annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications, or
