Position description The Department of Pathology at the University of California, San Diego (http://pathology.ucsd.edu) is committed to academic excellence within its faculty, staff, and student body and is seeking surgical pathologists to join its Division of Anatomic Pathology. The successful
candidates will have clinical responsibilities for specimens associated with robust general care, organ transplant, and cancer programs at UC San Diego Health, including the Rebecca and John Moores Cancer Center (the region's only NCI-designated Cancer Center), Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center and Cardiovascular Institute, Jacobs Medical Center, Hillcrest Medical Center, and the Koman Family and McGrath Outpatient
Pavilions, as well as our referral/outreach/consultation programs and an expanding clinical integration network. The successful candidate will also attend and sign-out on one or more clinical subspecialty services within the Anatomic Pathology Division and will teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
