Position description The University of California, San Diego (UCSD) School of Medicine, Department of Urology is committed to academic excellence within the faculty, staff, and student body. We are seeking faculty members with expertise in endourology and minimally invasive urologic surgery to join a large, collaborative, multidisciplinary program. The successful candidates will manage

patient populations from a broad referral base and will provide clinical care at multiple sites, including VAHCS San Diego. Clinical responsibilities will include the full spectrum of endourologic procedures such as ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL), management of complex nephrolithiasis, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) interventions, and advanced minimally invasive techniques. The successful

candidates will also participate in the teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows, and engage in scholarly activity aligned with the advancement of endourology and surgical innovation. This position offers a dynamic academic environment with opportunities for clinical program development and leadership within a high-growth area of specialty care.
