The division wishes to increase the number of faculty who conduct research in a broad array of Gastroenterology & Hepatology focused topic areas. Multiple opportunities for collaborative research in basic, translational, and clinical focused research will
be available. Faculty are encouraged to get involved in various sub-sections within the division and engage in active learning and will be provided and expected to participate in divisional and departmental activities and demonstrate engagement. The successful candidates will provide demonstrated excellence in the teaching of trainees and contribute to the maintenance of a collegial and collaborative academic
environment. The successful candidates will interact with a wide range of clinical, translational and/or basic science programs.
