faculty, staff, and student body. To expand scientific discovery, the Division seeks to recruit investigators with research expertise in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD). The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting research in the field of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Specifically, the Division of Nephrology is looking to grow its research portfolio focusing on how mitochondrial dysfunction and
microvascular injury contribute to physical and functional decline in CKD, with the goal of identifying novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. The successful candidates will also have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in leadership and will be responsible for the teaching and training of students, residents, or fellows.
