This Nurse Practitioner (AGPCNP) will serve in a unique role providing clinical care to older adults or families, clinical teaching activities, and clinical research. While all
Nurse Practitioners are welcome and encouraged to apply, the school is particularly interested in FNPs or AGPCNPs who have an interest in healthy aging, dementia care, and chronic disease management in older adults or unhoused people. They will have recognized expertise in the care of older adults, particularly the holistic assessment and management of older adults with dementia, chronic co-morbid diseases, and/or
frailty. This position will split their time between clinical responsibilities, teaching, and research. This position will be responsible for providing patient care in the healthy aging clinic collaborating with geriatricians, advanced practice providers, and other clinicians and staff.
