trauma-informed pedagogy. Responsibilities Teach graduate-level Early Childhood Education courses within the Master of Arts program. Engage adult learners through inclusive pedagogy. Assess student learning and maintain records. Foster respectful and supportive learning environments. Communicate professionally with students and academic leadership. Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education
or a related field. Relevant professional experience in Early Childhood Education. Knowledge of adult learning theory.
