The Department of Theatre will accept applications throughout the year.
When a teaching vacancy arises, we will consider the submitted applications in an effort to staff the course. The specific courses involved may vary from semester to semester.In addition to teaching Basic Stagecraft and Design, Advanced Stagecraft and Design, Production Practicum, and/or specialized Special Topics courses, the Department of Theatre may have additional opportunities for production contracts in scenic
design, lighting design, sound design, and/or costume design. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have a minimum of a Master of Fine Arts degree in Technical Theatre and Design or related field and experience teaching at the college/university level.
