applications for a part-time instructor for upper and/or lower-division undergraduate courses in Chinese language. Duties to include course preparation, teaching using department approved objectives following ACFTL guidelines, grading and assessing student achievement of learning outcomes, meeting with students during office hours and communicating with students outside of class through Brightspace, e-mail, or

telephone. There is no work visa available for this position. Qualifications: Master's degree in Second Language Acquisition, near-native fluency in English and Chinese, and teaching in-person and online experience required. The use of technology in and out of the classroom and student-centered, communicative based teaching philosophy is preferred. Evidence of successful teaching is also desirable. Contact
