courseCompensation for adjunct faculty with 3 or more years college teaching experience is $3513 for a 3-credit course. Responsibilities - Teach and facilitate lecture and/or lab courses within the Department of Occupational Therapy at our Springfield College Campus.- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on assignments and discussions.- Facilitate active communication with students to support their
learning and professional growth.- Collaborate with the OT Program Director and other faculty to ensure course content meets program standards and objectives.- Participate in curriculum development and course revision as needed. Qualifications Required Qualifications:- Initial certification as an occupational therapist- OT Licensure or eligible for OT licensure in Massachusetts- Strong commitment to student success
and academic excellence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Documented experience in content area of course focus- Must reside in one of the following states: MA, CT, WI, DE, TX, VT, FLPreferred Qualifications:- At Least 1 year of clinical experience- Previous teaching experience and/or serving as a fieldwork educator- Familiarity with online
