Faculty Bargaining Unit Posting Detail Information Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Position Summary The English Language Institute at the University at Buffalo invites applications for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Adjunct Instructors to teach credit-bearing English courses to first-year international undergraduate students (in-person).Responsibilities include: Prepare and deliver lessons to L2 international undergraduate students
that prioritize academic writing and/or speaking and are based on specific student needs. Evaluate student progress and academic achievement through a combination of course papers, presentations, groupwork tasks, and overall student engagement. Maintain student records, including grades and attendance. Participate in required departmental meetings. Hold regular office hours for student conferencing. Outstanding
