Duties and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Department Chair:-Prepare and follow syllabus and teaching plans.-Instruct, manage and supervise individuals and groups in a professional manner.-Prepare and administer quizzes and exams.-Evaluate and grade student work.-Maintain a minimum of three office hours per course per week.-Be prepared to covert class to online

if necessary.-Develop and prepare syllabi, lectures, presentations and handouts for teaching courses.-Stimulate and encourage class discussions.-Maintain accurate records of student performance.-Create, administer and grade quizzes.-Be available/responsive to students.-Remain current with trends and development in his/her are of expertise.
