The adjunct instructor for BioWork is responsible for the preparation, delivery, grading, and records management of the courses listed for the Biotechnology BioManufacturing Continuing Education program. The instructor will work closely with his or her Program Director on matters related to and for the benefit of the Science and Math department and its students. Examples of Duties Instructs
and guides the class in an efficient and effective manner;Maintains accurate records of student work and attendancePrepares thoroughly for each instructional hour; develops short courses and training modules in areas of expertise in biomanufacturing; constructs classroom materials that support the goals of the course.Maintains a safe and orderly learning environmentStays abreast of most current teaching methods and
technology in the classroomUses assessment techniques to improve learning and teachingMaintains currency in field of expertise, in training and instructional development, and in course delivery to ensure best practices in implementing and delivering education and trainingMonitors biomanufacturing industry trends and benchmark practices in other states and countriesDevelops reports related to established metrics that
