Essential Duties Summary Develop and teach undergraduate business, MBA, and DBA courses. Review and grade work submitted by students and provide timely and substantive feedback. Coach struggling students towards course and program
success. Teach the approved curriculum on the schedule to support student satisfaction. Engage students to facilitate and achieve course learning outcomes. Advise students on academics, attendance, and behavior expectations. Support retention by engaging students and contacting absent students to offer help. Advise students on research and consulting projects, internships, and practical training. Maintain and report
student grades and attendance in accordance with institutional policy. Required Qualifications Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills. Superior communication and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills; completes assignments accurately and on time. Proficiency with MS Office, Blackboard, and Canvas. Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at multiple college levels is
essential. Earned master’s degree in business, research, or IT project management, plus either 18 graduate credits in the discipline or relevant professional certification and experience.
