faculty for the fall 2027 academic term. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching HRT 135 – Regulation of Cannabis Cultivation. This course provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing Cannabis production – plants and derived products – in New York State, including compliance requirements, best management practices, and the historical context of federal
Cannabis regulation. The ideal candidate will possess both practical experience in the Cannabis industry and strong teaching abilities to effectively guide students through the evolving regulatory landscape in NYS.
