Job Description: Pre-requisites for Position (Qualifications Standards) An equivalent/applicable combination of education and/or experience to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position required with teaching in continuing education or community education. Non-credit Community Education compensation is based on Pay Levels ranging from 1-5. A new faculty’s Pay Level is determined by the campus supervisor

and ranges $20-$60 per hour. Pay Levels are determined from varying degrees of expertise and evidence in the instructional area. Welcoming. Innovative. Focused on Student Success. Bilingual (English/Spanish) or conversational language abilities preferred. Colorado Mountain College requires that employees perform their assigned duties within the State of Colorado . The College further expects employees to

accurately report their work location at all times. Failure to do so impairs the College's ability to ensure compliance with tax, payroll, employment, information security, and operational requirements.
