Adjunct Faculty - Mathematics (GRADE) Location: Canandaigua, NY START YOUR APPLICATION The Mathematics Department at Finger Lakes Community College is seeking innovative and adaptable educators committed to student engagement, excellence in teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration. While FLCC offers

many different course modalities—such as Asynchronous Online, In-person, Hybrid, HyFlex, and Synchronous Online - this hiring cycle is for in-person instruction only. Adjunct Faculty members selected for these roles will teach on campus and must be available for in-person course delivery. Qualified candidates will be contacted by the hiring manager as needed. At this time, we have particular need for

instructors to teach in-person courses. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrates knowledge of the current subject area. Implements course outcomes based on the master syllabus. Prepare and distribute an updated course outline specific to the sections taught. Prepares and creates lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities for students. Teaches courses and evaluates student performance. Maintains accurate student

records. Submits pertinent data to the department and/or the College. Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in Mathematics, or related field with substantial coursework in Mathematics at the graduate or undergraduate level. A minimum of 2 years of Mathematics teaching experience is required. Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience at the
