Position Information Department Management Job Title Adjunct Faculty, Management Department Job Type Is Tenure Track No Job Summary The Department of Management at Gettysburg College invites applications for an Adjunct Faculty position to teach one section of the undergraduate course MGT 321 Topics in Operations Management. As per its course description, this is “An introduction to the models and theories of

operations management used in manufacturing and service industries. The course focuses on analyzing and evaluating current process management issues currently challenging industry. Introduces quantitative and qualitative techniques for improving both manufacturing and service firms’ operations in terms of quality, cost, and customer response.” The course meetings currently are scheduled Monday-Wednesday-Friday from

12:00PM-12:50PM. Qualifications A relevant (e.g., Business, Decision Sciences) academic and/or professional background is required. Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate level is preferred.
