Adjunct faculty hold appointments as defined by their letter of appointment, without eligibility for tenure; where authorized by the Dean, adjunct appointments may be renewed. Adjunct appointments do not guarantee course assignments. Required Qualifications All faculty must have doctoral degree in the field/discipline of nursing. Preferred Qualifications: Education Adjunct faculty must hold an advanced degree or
equivalent credentials based on experience consistent with accreditation criteria of the discipline and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).
