SUNY Corning Community College seeks trained individuals to teach courses in
English starting in the Fall 2026 semester. Adjunct faculty are able to teach up to 12 credit hour equivalents per semester. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing material for the classes, grading assignments submitted in connection with the classes, holding an office hour for each course taught to assist students as needed, and conducting course assessment based on the department
course assessment schedule. Courses may be in-person live, asynchronous on-line, or synchronous on-line, depending on the needs of the department. While course materials are provided, adjunct faculty are suggested to update and organize the material as needed. Adjunct instructors are invited to attend department meetings but attendance is not required. Adjunct Faculty Pay Rates per 1 Credit Hour Equivalent (CHE):All
