English Program in the College of Theology, Arts, & Humanities. Part-time teaching opportunities are available throughout the academic year. Applicants with expertise that matches course scheduling needs will be contacted for an interview. Current opportunities include teaching the following courses for the Fall 2026 semester: ENG-1100: English Composition - Several face-to-face sections of ENG-1100, the
first-semester composition course, are available at various times; some meet Tuesday/Thursday for 75 minutes and some meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday for 50 minutes. Minimum Requirements: Education: M. A. in English or Rhetoric/Composition required; Ph.D. in English (or ABD) preferred Experience: At least two years of experience teaching first-year college writing courses preferred; applicants with other relevant
