About this Position GENERAL SUMMARY: This position will facilitate learning for an associate in applied science degree in the Construction Management Program within the School of Engineering & Construction Technologies.

Classes will be in-person and online in the following disciplines: Wall & Roof Systems, Interior Finishes & Specialties, Field Engineering I, Project Scheduling, Mechanical Systems (online), Construction Documents & Show Drawings (online) Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university preferred. Other combinations of education and industry

experience may be substituted for degree requirement. Experience: Evidences a history of demonstrating ethical and professional behavior. Three or more years of evidenced commercial construction industry experience. Teaching experience in Higher Education preferred. Demonstrated success in collaborating with various constituencies. Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses: Licensure/Certification: Valid

Oklahoma driver’s license. Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge: Skills and Abilities: Ability to plan, organize and fulfill complex initiatives. Computer skills to include electronic communications, word processing, and the ability to use specific software associated with the position are necessary.
