Job Description: Teaches a full range of courses in the Conflict Resolution and

Peace Studies program.Prepares and delivers learning activities in order to achieve course outcomesPrepares course materials such as syllabi, homework assignments and handoutsEvaluates and grades students’ class work, laboratory work, assignments, papers, and examinationsMaintains and submits student attendance records, grades and other required documentation by specified deadlinesBe available to students for

coachingPeriodic meetings with supervisors, division, or College, relative to teaching duties and training and development Required Qualifications:Master’s degree or higher in Conflict Resolution and Peace Studies; or master’s degree or higher in a related field with at least 18 graduate-level course hours in Conflict Resolution and Peace Studies.Advanced communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and

organizational skillDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent)Appropriately responds to the needs of the communityPreferred Qualifications:Teaching experienceKnowledge and practice in related areas such as: strategic nonviolence, community organizing, social sustainability, diplomacy, social justice theory, critical theory, social identity theory, and restorative justice theory In order to be
