Location: Villanova, PA Recruitment Type: Internal/External Applicants Work Schedule: part-time/12-months Department: 232-Nursing Position Summary: Villanova University College of Nursing has an ongoing need for highly qualified adjunct (part-time) faculty to provide instruction in the classroom in a variety of courses. Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand the course objectives for the course which adjunct faculty is assigned and be familiar with the overall curriculum of the College of Nursing. Provide supervision of students in the classroom (in-person or online) setting. Assist the students to accomplish objectives of the course. Validate students’ understanding of theoretical, scientific and evidence based concepts to meet course objectives. Evaluate and

provide feedback to students on their accomplishment of course objectives. Minimum Qualifications: Master’s degree in discipline; licensure or eligibility for licensure in speciality, if applicable (such as nutrition, nursing, etc.) in Pennsylvania. Experience in discipline required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in academic teaching and willingness to be flexible in fulfilling responsibilities.
