Techniques, Professional Ethics, Skills in Helping Relationships, and others as they become available. Provide education through learning-centered instruction that will enable graduates to fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. Duties Summary • Perform faculty duties as outlined by the New England College Faculty Handbook;• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students;• Provide course instruction as aligned with NEC Clinical Mental Health Counseling program expectations;• Manage the learning environment through keeping accurate records, submitting grades and other reports on time, and enforcing academic and attendance

policies consistent with NEC;• Report to Program Director. Required Qualifications • PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision (completed or in process), preferably from a CACREP-accredited program;• Previous experience in supervising master’s-level counseling trainees;• Experience with in-person, online, and hybrid teaching modalities;• Active clinical credentials;• Identified pedagogical style and record of strong

teaching evaluations;• Dedication to social justice and equity for marginalized communities, especially CMHC students served by the program.
