About this Position The Adjunct Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Instructor provides classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction in an AVMA-CVTEA accredited Veterinary Technology program. This position mentors students, supports the development of clinical competence and professional
skills, and ensures instruction aligns with program learning outcomes, accreditation standards, and current veterinary medical practices. Required Qualifications: Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with primary duties providing services in a clinical (public or private) setting. Experience: Must have educational qualifications to teach in subject area or have documented specialty education/experience to meet
tested experience requirements, as per the Higher Learning commission’s publication on Determining Qualified Faculty and provide leadership in academic discipline and/or degree program. Programs with discipline-specific external accreditation may have more stringent training and experience requirements.
