most in‐tractable educational problems.Coaching USC Rossier’s Coaching Program for Instructional Leaders is a yearlong, high-impact professional learning experience designed to empower PK–12 leaders at every stage of their career. Participants—including assistant principals, principals, directors, assistant superintendents, and superintendents—engage in individualized coaching to strengthen their leadership capacity,

achieve strategic goals, and meet the evolving demands of educational leadership with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Each month, participants meet one-on-one with their USC Rossier Leadership Coach at least twice a month in confidential virtual sessions grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration. These sessions provide personalized, data-informed support tailored to each leader’s professional goals and context.

About the Role USC Rossier’s Office of Professional Learning (OPL) seeks experienced and highly qualified professionals to serve as Leadership Coaches. Our coaches are selected for their deep expertise in PK–12 education, advanced coaching skills, and commitment to ethical, research-based practices. As a USC Rossier Leadership Coach, you will: ● Provide individualized coaching to PK–12 leaders—such as assistant

principals, principals, CBOs, and district-level administrators—at least twice a month via Zoom throughout the academic year. (September - June). ● Utilize research-based coaching frameworks and, as appropriate, OPL’s reflective coaching cycle tools. ● Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions. ● Employ data-driven, asset-based, and collaborative approaches that foster leader
