Description The Department of Pathology, Heersink School of Medicine, at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) is inviting applications from qualified candidates at the Associate and Full Professor level for two full-time, open tenure earning positions to strengthen our research programs across the following broad areas:Cardiovascular and Cardiometabolic Disease, Neurodegeneration, Infectious disease and

ImmunityIn addition, the Department of Pathology is participating in institutional initiatives in faculty recruitment in Neurosciences and Cancer. Required Qualifications Candidates must have an M.D. or Ph.D. in relevant disciplines.
