Mathematics and Statistical SciencesThe Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Florida International University invites applications for one open-rank teaching position which will be based primarily at the Modesto Maidique Campus. This is a 9-month, non-tenure track position starting August 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a variety of first year and introductory mathematics courses,
including those for non-science majors, using evidence-based instructional practices. Teaching assignments may include teaching hybrid or fully online courses. Job responsibilities are teaching and service; these include teaching four courses (12 credits) per semester and providing service to the department, college, and university. Required Qualifications:Ph.D. or Masters degree plus 4-6 teaching experience; degree
